Analyse potential measures to establish a global air transport system with optimized aircraft, network and frequency reductions.

A number of measures, such as e.g. the introduction of potential incentives dependent on the amount of “avoidable” CO2 emissions, similar to emissions trading, will be identified in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders.

The impact on the relevant stakeholders will be determined qualitatively using methods from System Dynamics.
